A BIT ABOUT US

Independent Cleaning Construction was founded by Fernando Salas in 2019. He has over 10 years of experience working in Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning and Water Mitigation Services. Fernando had worked as a cleaning technician and quickly moved into marketing and supervisor roles, where he rapidly developed relationships and a strong clientele. Through the hardship of being laid off, he decided to take on the venture of beginning his small business in kitchen cleaning and quickly expanded into water mitigation.

Since ICC’s founding, we have worked with various large school districts and local eating spots throughout the El Paso area, reaching Big Bend, Tx. We pride ourselves in building long-lasting relationships through our great service and high professional expectations from all team members. We finish every project efficiently and go above and beyond to ensure each client is pleased with our service.
